MANAGING My Account
How do I create an account?
- Click on “My Account” link at the top right of the page.
- Please complete all fields marked with “*” accurately
- Click on save.
- Great! You now have an account and are ready to start shopping!
How do I manage my account on jadever.sa?
Once registered on jadever.sa, the My Account section allows you to manage your account using a dashboard that provides:
- My Orders: section where you will be able to view all your previous orders.
- My Wish list: all your favorite items will be added to this section.
- Address Book: the saved list of your addresses can be managed from this section.
- Account information: in case you want to update any of your personal information or password.
- Store Credit: to check your current credit balance and spent history.
- My Product Reviews: any review made using your account on any product will be placed in this section.
- Newsletter subscriptions: to manage your newsletter subscription on the website.
- My Returns: in case you want to request a return for any product within your previous processed orders.
RETURNS & CANCELATIONS
What is the order cancelation policy?
If you change your mind when your order is still showing as “Processing”, just email customercare@jadever.sa or Click Here to Reach Us on WhatsApp to cancel your order and we will do our best to cancel it providing your order has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return/Other section of the Terms and Conditions for further information.
Payment methods
Are there any additional fees charged when shopping through jadever.sa?
No, you will only pay the price of the item as it is shown on jadever.sa along with the delivery costs as detailed in your Shopping Basket before you check out. If your items are to be delivered outside of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, then Customs and other duties may apply. Such duties will be payable to the shipper on delivery.
ORDERING PROCESS
How can I place an order?
- Visit jadever.sa and click on the item for more information or click “Add to Cart” to add it to your shopping cart.
- Click on “x” if you want to continue shopping
- Choose “View Cart” if you would like to go to the shopping cart or “Go to checkout” if you finished shopping.
- If you are a new customer, register with your contact details. If you are an existing customer, click on “Log in”, and enter your login information.
- Choose your shipping address then “Go to payment”.
- Choose your payment method and click on “Complete Checkout”.

You are buying directly from jadever.sa

All of the prices you will see on jadever.sa will already include VAT.
