Exchange/Return Policy

We always strive for an advanced level of satisfaction with our customers and to achieve their anticipations. Accordingly, if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason; you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery with the following conditions:

  • The product should be in its original condition and packing.
  • The product must be unused and labels have not been removed
  • A fee of 23 SAR will be deducted based on your request to return/exchange the item in a good condition.
  • In case the returned item is received in a damaged or unsellable condition the item will be returned back to the customer.
  • Tamara / Tabby service fee will be deducted for canceled or returned orders by customer for Tamara / Tabby confirmed purchase

You can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will not have the right to return any products that do not meet the health and hygiene conditions. Returns found to be in such a situation will not be accepted.

What is your refund process?

  • After receiving your return package and being examined by the concerned department to confirm the condition of the product is sellable and unused, then the refund process will be initiated.
  • You will be refunded through the payment channel you’ve used. Depending on your bank refund policy, it may take up to 14 working days to be received in your bank account.
  • The refund of cash on delivery orders, the amount will be credited into your wallet at your Jadever account.

To cancel order:

· After completing your purchase, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer services via our WhatsApp support line or send an e-mail to customercare@jadever.sa.

· We cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.

· If you cancel your order before shipping, the full paid amount including the shipping fee will be refunded.

· In case the item you received was damaged or different than what you ordered, please inform us immediately via email at customercare@jadever.sa or through the mentioned WhatsApp on the Jadever platform on the same day of the order delivery so that we can assist you with the return process.

Shipping & Delivery:

· Within KSA, we are able to deliver to almost all areas within 2 to 7 days through Aramex Company and other delivery service providers. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our Customer Service team will contact you to find a solution.

· We are sure that you cannot wait to receive your order. To track your order, simply open the link provided in the shipment confirmation email that has been sent to you or through Jadever mobile application

Delivery Fees:

· Shipping fees will be 23 SAR

· If your order value is 200 SAR or above, your delivery will be FREE!

· A fee of 23 SAR will be deducted based on your request to return/exchange good condition items.

Cash on Delivery:

· COD service is available and fees of 17 SAR will be added to the total order value.
